Bears hiring Ryan Poles as next general manager

After a long and extensive search, it appears the Chicago Bears have finally found their next general manager.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Bears are finalizing a deal to hire Kansas City Chiefs assistant director of player personnel Ryan Poles as their next GM.

Poles was in Chicago for his second interview on Tuesday — where he was even personally escorted by Chairman George McCaskey from the airport.
