BBC This is Going To Hurt: Adam Kay announces Edinburgh tour dates for September

Comedian Adam Kay will be bringing his popular stand-up show to Edinburgh in September this year, as he announces a UK-wide arena tour on Twitter.

The writer and funny man Adam shot to fame with his number-one bestselling book 'This is Going to Hurt', but also has writing credits in popular television shows such as Crims, Mrs Brown's Boys and Mitchell and Webb.

The nonfiction book is a collection of diary entries from the years that Kay was undertaking medical training as a junior doctor, from 2004 to 2010.

And now, Adam will be bringing excerpts of this book on his tour, alongside stand-up comedy and live music to fit the bill.
