The Traitors viewers are absolutely gripped by BBC's new nail-biting game show but there's one feature of the reality television series that fans aren't so fond of. Presented by the brilliant Claudia Winkleman, The Traitors sees 22 strangers come together at a castle in the Scottish Highlands for a game of detection, backstabbing, and trust.
The contestants take on physical and mental missions in order to add money to the prize pot. However, hidden amongst them are the traitors whose job it is to secretly murder a player every night, without getting caught. It's up to the others, the faithfuls, to try to detect who the traitors are, and banish them from the game before they become their next victims.
The new series, which airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, is full of twists and turns and many people are hooked, however, there's one aspect that's getting under people's skin. Presenter Claudia, who has been praised for her "savage" persona in the game and incredible outfits, is often seen explaining how the tasks work to both the players and viewers at home, however, quite often the show then cuts to a voice-over of the star offering a more in-depth review of what's to come.

And the unnecessary switch seems to be irking those watching at home. "The constant switching between Claudia narrating in a voice-over booth and narrating live on location is stressing me out," wrote one social media user.
While another added: "Omg I hate the way they have Claudia explaining the instructions half in real life and half as a voice-over, it’s so annoying." And a third said: "Them dubbing over Claudia’s voice is killing me."
"Love the show but the awful dubbing of Claudia has been a consistent pain," said a fourth, as another fan responded: "Hasn’t it tho!!! Clearly having sound issues on the record." For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
