The One Show presenter, Roman Kemp was in his element on Monday night's show as he interviewed Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson about the star's new movie, Black Adam. A clear superhero fan, Roman, who was co-hosting with Lauren Laverne, convinced the former pro-wrestler and Jumanji star to go through some superhero poses on camera.
After the action hero spoke about how important getting the latest DC film to the screen, Roman eagerly asked how the actors perfected the superhero "lightening deflecting stance". Johnson generously obliged and stood up to show the studio and viewers but encouraged the presenter to give it a go alongside him.

An excited Roman said to Johnson, who was sat next to co-star Noah Centino and comedian and author, Rob Delaney: "There is something I've always wanted to ask personally about superhero movies. Now, when you were filming something like the Scorpion King for instance, you'd be doing stunts that are all... you're practising your sword fighting and fist fighting etc. In superhero films, do you actually, and tell me if I'm doing this right," he said standing up with his arms out and palms facing outwards. "Are you practising pushing away lightning bolts, how do you perfect a lightning bolt push?"
A game Johnson answered: "Well, I deliver lightning bolts, but yeah, you have to go through the motion."
Having a superfan moment, Roman asked the star: "Is there any way you could show me a lightning bolt pose? I would love to learn how to do it."
The Black Adam star advised Roman to stand like a gunslinger and make a serious face, which the presenter hilariously failed to emulate with Johnson at first telling him he looked "a little sad" then that his expression was more "constipated," resulting in the panel and studio breaking out into laughter.
Johnson spoke about Black Adam, which sees the star as a powerful entity who is released on the world after being imprisoned for 5,000 years and comes face-to-face with the Justice Society.
