BBC Strictly viewers get hot and bothered over Tyler and Dianne's 'powerful' paso

The latest episode of Strictly Come Dancing featured DJ Tyler West and Dianne Buswell doing a passionate Paso Doble and viewers were getting hot under the collar saying it was 'powerful' and 'one of the dances of the series'.

Second out on the dancefloor on Saturday, November 12, the pair were surrounded by fire shooting out of the floor and Tyler's outfit was essentially just a sparkly pair of shoulder pads. They got a standing ovation from judge Shirley Ballas and she congratulated Dianne - while pronouncing her name properly, read more on last week's error - for her performance, too.

The pair scored a 31 from the judges with Shirley's fellow judges Motsi Mabuse and Anton du Beke loving the Paso. However, Craig Revel Horwood said Tyler was too "boxy" and didn't have enough "Spanish lines".

The spiky judge told them: "It actually lacked any Spanish line whatsoever, it was very square very boxy, you went from power position to power position and you didn't dance through the movement. So it wasn't for me."

But viewers loved Tyler and Dianne's dance, despite what Craig said. One fan tweeted: "·Oh my god #tyler what are you doing to me that was a tremendous dance 10s all round please #StrictlyComeDancing." While a second said: "ABSolutely loved that from Tyler and Dianne, the intensity, the Choreo, just incredible."

A third wrote: "One of the dances of the series there from Tyler and Dianne surely?! Jeeezzzz!" And another wrote on Twitter: "That Paso just raised my temperature."

Another fan said: "Well well, doesn’t this dance suit you Tyler. Strong, powerful, manly… the smallest bolero ever, noted .That track was so atmospheric for the Paso… would be good for a Halloween Devil."
