BBC's Rylan Clark addresses hospital stay as he returns to work

Rylan Clark addressed his recent hospital stay as he returned to work.

It comes after he told fans he had the flu and had to pull out of his BBC Radio 2 show, later sharing a picture on social media showing a drip in his arm.

He admitted he had been having a 'dodgy time' recently but was now feeling better again as he appeared on BBC's The One Show.

He issued a further update on his heath last night as he co-hosted the programme alongside Alex Jones.

Alex, 44, welcomed Rylan onto the show asking him how he was doing. She addressed the fact his fans had been worried as she said: "How are you lovely? People have been worried."

Rylan replied: "I'm good. So nice to be back. You know me, I just love a little drama."

He added: "I'm very good now, thank you. I had a little bit of a dodgy time but I'm good."

Alex was relieved to hear as she said: "You're looking well. Back on track."

Rylan joked: "I am. It's a lot of make-up."

The Celebrity Big Brother winner has been open lately about having struggled with his mental health following his separation from husband Dan Neal, 42, last year.
