Didier Drogba will join BBC's coverage of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar this winter as preparation for the tournament ramps up.
There are just two more rounds of Premier League football to be played before the games commence, with less than two weeks before domestic action breaks off for the competition. Gareth Southgate's final 26-man squad is expected to be announced on November 10th.
BBC have confirmed their own 'squad' though, with a star-studded group of presenters and pundits for the tournament, including former Chelsea striker Drogba.

The Ivorian will be alongside Vincent Kompany, Jurgen Klinsmann, Gilberto Silva, Pablo Zabaleta, Laura Georges and Mark Schwarzer in coverage of non-England matches, whilst Rio Ferdinand, Alan Shearer, Micah Richards, Alex Scott, Jermaine Jenas, Ashley Williams, Ian Rush, Danny Gabbidon, Dion Dublin, Chris Sutton and Izzy Christensen are part of the team for matches involving Wales and the Three Lions.
Presenters for the competition is just as glittering with Gary Lineker, Gabby Logan, Mark Chapman and Kelly Cates all lining up on the TV.
Amid the announcement, Drogba tweeted: "With the Men’s 2022 FIFA World Cup on the horizon, I’m thrilled to reveal that I’ll be part of the line-up for the BBC’s coverage."
The ex-Blues striker scored 18 World Cup qualifier goals throughout his trophy-laden career and also bagged two at World Cup finals as well.
BBC will show England's first match against Iran on November 21st as well as the final group game against Wales.
