Radio 2 DJ Sara Cox has shown off her impressive six-pack after being inspired by her colleague Rylan Clark. The 47-year-old mum-of-three says she's feeling "fit n strong" after completing the March wave of The Six Pack Revolution.
The Bolton-born drivetime presenter says Rylan unveiling his ripped abs at the start of the year from taking part in the challenge motivated her. Sara shared snaps of her toned physique after the 10 week challenge and explained how she 'loved' not drinking despite two big family parties and all inclusive holiday.
Sara, who presents the BBC Two TV talk show Between The Covers, tweeted: "Loved it feel fit n strong saw @Rylan’s results & thought 'oooh I’ll have me a bit of that please.'"
