Charlie Dimmock was in disbelief as she encountered a crucial problem in today's Garden Rescue.
The 56-year-old returned to front Tuesday's edition of the popular BBC makeover show. Helen and John were the guests on the latest episode and they were armed with a £5,000 budget to transform their garden.
The couple lived in Wales and Helen wanted the new garden to reflect her Cornish roots. Charlie was up against fellow expert, Chris Hull, as they battled to win the guests over with their design.

However, Charlie's design was the winner as the guests said it epitomised everything they wanted in a Cornish garden. However, the makeover was hit with disaster as Charlie attempted to populate the garden with plants.
She said: "We've got a bit of a problem here. The plants have arrived but we can't get them out of the van."
More than £1,000 worth of Cornish flora was stuck in the van and the crew needed to get in touch with a break down team to open the van. However, the rescue plan hit a snag as one of the landscapers had to use his grinder to cut his way into the back of the van.
Charlie pleaded "please work" as the crew eventually managed to unlock the van, which allowed them to access the plants. The guests were amazed when they viewed their new garden at the end of the episode.
John said: "I don't know what to say to you Charlie, we didn't expect this and it is absolutely fantastic." Chris agreed as he heaped praise on his co-host.
He said: "Charlie has done such a good job here. It was pretty tough. It was touch and go in the middle, but yeah, we've pulled it off."
