The former Baywatch star, 54, has barely aged since she left the iconic show back in 1998 and posed up a storm in a photo she shared to Instagram on Monday.
Donna stunned in a Christmassy red satin lingerie set as she smouldered for the camera while posing in front of her huge double bed.
The underwear featured an adorable tie detail and was the perfect outfit to show off Donna's incredible physique. The former Playboy model styled her long brown hair in tousled waves and opted for a nude lipstick.
She captioned the post: "Just because I have been away doesn’t mean I forgot HOW TO SLAY!"
Fans flocked to the comments to compliment Donna's flawless physique, with one person writing: "Smokin friend!"

Donna's age-defying snaps comes after she recently hit back at cruel critics who told her she was "too old" to wear bikinis.
The actress proudly branded herself "pretty" last month as she posed in a tiny blue and white swimwear set.
She slammed trolls who had told her she was "too old" for bikini pictures with the body-positive post on her Instagram.
"Oh no she did not just now post a photo of herself in her underwear. #OhYesIDid. I just like this photo. I think I look pretty," she penned alongside the saucy snap.
Donna had a similar response earlier this year after trolls made ageist comments about her appearance.
The 90s icon said: "I feel sexy as hell.
"Men are complimenting me and I’m eating it up. Let me live. When I'm 80 I'm going to look back and be so happy I did this while I was hot."
