Bathgate Thistle have launched a number of free football sessions over the summer for children in the community.
Following on from the success of last years summer programmes at the community club the Jags will provide free football sessions alongside free week-long camp places.
Funded lunches will be on offer to kids at the summer camp, although with limited spaces the team is working with West Lothian Council to allocate spaces.
Sessions this summer start from June 26, and include Mini Kickers, where booking is essential, and Sunday Soccer Centre alongside Girls only sessions – both of which are turn up and play on the 3G pitches.
Also happening over the summer is the ten week long girls-only McDonalds Fun Football Camp leading up to the Women’s UEFA Euro 2022 final at the end of July.
The club hands out fruit juice cartons, bottles of water and fruit packs to all kids taking part in the sessions.
All sessions are completely free of charge and are led by qualified PVG-holding coaches from both the club and Planet Soccer.
