A serviced office company has expanded with the launch of a new location in Bristol, building on its portfolio in nearby Bath.
The independent group behind Bath Office Co., which provides workspace in four locations in the city, has launched the Bristol Office Co. from a Grade II-listed building in the city centre.
The facility on St Augustine’s Parade, located between the Bristol Hippodrome theatre and cultural venue the Bristol Beacon, will offer more than 6,000 sq ft of space across three floors when it opens in July.

Bristol Office Co. said the facility could provide spaces for businesses of up to 40 staff, with the ability to accommodate a growing number of workstations with private employee breakout areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and showers.
Jamie Williams, managing director of Bristol Office Co., said: “Our licences allow businesses to grow and thrive in environments that are ready-for-purpose from day one, giving the confidence to focus on their core business, without the faff of fluctuating utilities costs, building maintenance, or painful dilapidations bills. Now, more than ever, companies large and small want value for money which means a fixed monthly invoice with minimal upfront capital costs.”
“Customers want the flexibility of shorter-term commitments instead of draconian long-term leases and an ability to introduce hybrid-working dynamics whilst also being able to stay as long as they require. Bristol Office Co. offers this and more. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional bespoke office space and service, ensuring our customers have everything they need to flourish”.
