The Standard Advice Doesn't Scale
Most batch cooking guides assume you're feeding four people and have a double-door refrigerator. Cook once, eat all week, that's the promise. For one person in a 1BHK in Pune or Chennai, that promise turns into a week of eating the same sabzi until you'd rather skip dinner. The problem isn't the concept. The problem is that batch cooking, done without adjustment, produces monotony and waste in equal measure.
