Ash Barty will renew her rivalry with unseeded Amanda Anisimova - not defending champion Naomi Osaka - after continuing her red-hot start to the summer to blaze into the Australian Open's last 16.

Having blitzed a pair of qualifiers in her first two matches, Barty made equally light work of world No.33 Camila Giorgi in a 6-2 6-3 victory on Friday night.
