Housebuilder Barratt Homes has launched the first set of properties at a new housing development in Leicestershire.
Coalville-based Barratt Homes won permission to build 199 new homes at the 18.5 acre Kings Meadow site, in Kirkby Lane, Melton, last year. The development includes a mix of two, three and four-bed homes.
Now the first selection of new homes - which Barratt Homes says are ideal for buyers seeking open space and market town living - have been released.
