Barr's priorities as 'dramatically changed' ACT approaches 500,000

Chief Minister Andrew Barr will use his annual "state of the territory" address to outline his government's priorities leading into the 2024 election, declaring there will be a focus on building Canberra's future.

Mr Barr will say the ACT government will tackle four challenges of housing, skills, healthcare and climate action over the next two years.
