A place in the Championship is up for grabs on Monday afternoon when Barnsley and Sheffield Wednesday meet at Wembley Stadium.

Barnsley manager Michael Duff: "They'll have thousands more games than us and that might help them, it might not. Our youth and naivety might help us. I'm not concerned about anyone freezing. It might happen but it could happen with older players as well. It's a one-off occasion and whoever can handle it best. We talk about youthfulness, intensity and quality. That's the strapline we've used for this team all season. If we can bring all three to the party on Monday then we have got a good chance."
Sheffield Wednesday manager Darren Moore: "I've known Duffers a little while over the course of our football careers and now he's into management. Am I surprised with the work he's done at Barnsley? No. Why am I not? Because he is thorough and meticulous with his work and sees and understands the game, and he's very astute with his approach in terms of how he sets his teams up and understanding the strengths and weaknesses.
"He's shown a level of consistency with wonderful leadership qualities. He is clear and methodical in his approach and clear in his views. He's done a magnificent job to go in there and steady the ship. And not only to do that, but give the whole place belief.
