Aldi is launching a new range of ice cream next week, inspired by chocolate brands Dairy Milk, Oreo and Flake.
The tubs, which are nearly a third cheaper than their big-name counterparts are ideal for luxury ice cream fans who are sticking to a budget.
Available in Milk Chocolate, Crumbly Cone and Cookies n Cream flavours, the price of the new tubs compare well with the big-brand alternative, coming in at £2.29 for a 480ml pack, compared to £3 for the same size Dairy Milk, Flake or Oreo packs at Tesco.

An Aldi spokesperson said: "Each delicious ice-cream is perfect for sharing (or not). On top of a base of velvety vanilla ice cream, each tub is topped with delicious chunks of milk chocolate, crumbly chocolate or chocolate and biscuit. These legen dairy ice-creams are sure to satisfy that post-dinner sweet tooth craving."
Originally due to be launched on Monday, September 19, the tubs are now expected to be in store on Tuesday, September 20, as all Aldi stores will be closed on Monday to mark the Queen's funeral.
Aldi has confirmed it will close on Twitter, saying "As a mark of respect, all Aldi stores across the UK will close on Monday September 19 to allow our store colleagues to pay tribute to Her Majesty The Queen."
