A house listing has gone viral on Twitter after the sellers failed to clean up the interior before taking photographs.
The two-bed, one-bath terraced property, on Engineer Street in Wigan, is being marketed for sale via an online auction, with bidding starting at £80,000. However, it was the property's interior that got people on Twitter talking after the previous owner failed to do a clean up before leaving.
It appears to be a former cannabis farm. The scenes were tweeted by the @StateOfSelling, an account which puts estate agent gaffes under the spotlight on social media. The tweet has since been liked and retweeted thousands of times with many leaving tongue-in-cheek replies.
