High street banks are due to close 281 branches this year, blaming falling footfall - and we've got the full list.
Lloyds this month said it will shut 60 bank branches due to a shift to online banking, and many rival banks are doing the same.
HSBC is closing 69 bank branches due to a shift to online banking, in a move affecting around 400 staff.
TSB is to close 70 bank branches in the UK this year, while NatWest will shut 32 outlets, including 11 Royal Bank of Scotland sites.
Lloyds Banking Group will be closing 48 of its branches, for its brands Lloyds Bank and Halifax.
Barclays shut two of its physical branches last month.
Speaking following the HSBC announcement today, Which? money editor Jenny Ross said the closures are "alarming".
A report by the consumer group last year found bank branch closures have increased significantly since pandemic restrictions eased.
From 43 closures in January 2021, the number surged to almost 300 between June and August - an average of 99 a month.
Meanwhile, Post Offices, which most banks and building societies direct customers to after they close, are at breaking point.
Ross said: "There has been an alarming number of bank branch closures in recent years, and many consumers who rely on banks to access cash for everyday essentials and face-to-face services will be concerned about what these latest closures mean for them.
"While many consumers now choose to bank digitally, millions of people are not yet ready or able to take that step. The banking industry's proposals to protect access to cash must keep them in mind, and need to be underpinned by legislation."
The full list of branches already shut this year, and those due to close, is below.
