Barbara Windsor's widower said he kept one of her possessions as a treasure after she died.
Scott Mitchell joined the Loose Women panel to discuss his new book, By Your Side: My Life Loving Barbara Windsor. The tell-all goes into detail about their relationship whilst documenting all of the highs they enjoyed together throughout their 20-year marriage.
The EastEnders legend passed away in 2020 after battling Alzheimer's disease. Her husband broke the news and said he still feels the effects of her death two years on.

Speaking to the Loose Women audience, he said: "Sometimes it's uplifting but other times I see her and think she's not coming back. Somedays I'm absolutely fine and ill say something, and it's usually a happy memory, then I'll go. She was an incredible force of nature and a special lady so why wouldn't I miss her."
Scott was appointed an ambassador of Alzheimer's Research UK following Barbara's death for his incredible work raising both funds and awareness for the disease. Despite his work bringing forward thousands of treatments for patients, he told the Loose women audience they had been scrapped under soon to be ex-Prime Minister Liz Truss.
He added: "I think it's clear who the next Prime Minister will be but I hope dementia and the health service are one of the things they think carefully about cutting."
Earlier on the show, the panel were discussing prized possessions they have kept throughout their life. They brought the topic back around to Scott and asked whether or not he kept anything as a memory of his late wife. Remembering the tokens he still treasures to this day, he said: "Yeah I did, I kept a couple of items.
"There's a pink coat she wore when she was at the care home. I remember she also took her in a badge of mine and when I wasn't there she would say to the carers that's my husband."
