Bankrupt Katie Price avoids court hearing for fourth time over £3.2m debt repayment

Bankrupt Katie Price has avoided another court hearing over her whopping £3.2 million debt repayment.

The 44-year-old TV personality previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month but has not been sticking to the deal, according to those owed the cash.

The hearing at London’s Royal Courts of Justice on February 9 had been set for last June but was postponed at the last minute.

However, the hearing has been 'vacated' and has now been scheduled for April 12 at 12 pm.

Katie was meant to pay the £12,000 per month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement.

A considerable amount of the £3.265m is owed for mortgages secured against her “Mucky Mansion” in West Sussex.

Bankruptcy trustees will want to find out how much glamour model Katie has been paid for TV work, including a Channel 4 show in which she attempted to renovate her £2m country house.

One of her main sources of income is her £12-a-month OnlyFans page, where she posts raunchy photos and videos. She also flogs her old clothes on Depop and sells her used underwear and stockings.

It was recently said the court would be questioning the star on where she earns all her money and how she plans to pay back her debts.

A source explained to the Mirror last month: “The court will wish to know where every penny comes from, whether that’s from selling her old clothes on Depop or stripping out of her clothes on OnlyFans. Only then can the court make up its mind about her ability to pay.”

The former glamour model, who was worth £45m at one point in her life, was declared bankrupt in 2019.

In 2021, she was hit with a repossession order on her mansion over a £500,000 debt – meaning if it is sold, the proceeds must be used to clear what she owes.

Katie previously opened up about the hardships she has dealt with since declaring herself bankrupt.

Speaking to GB News host Nigel Farage, Katie explained: "I've had money and then lost money and it is not not everything in the world. In fact, it's the root of all evil in my life.

"You know, I've had to pay this person, that person, then that person. You realise who your real friends are when you go through a tough time."
