India's Balraj Panwar has emphasized the need for improving the rowing infrastructure within India and increasing the number of competitions at the junior level to enhance future performance.
Panwar, who was the sole Indian rower at the Paris Olympics, secured the 23rd position in the men's singles skulls event.
