One of the best parts of any festival is the food. Event organisers now go the extra mile to curate an eclectic range of cuisines, styles and tastes to ensure everyone is satisfied.
This year's food traders at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta will probably leave you spoilt for choice - it's a good job it's spread across four days. The organisers boast more than 100 stalls and stands this year to keep you busy from August 11 to 14.
The festival has paired its action-packed programme with an array of excellent food traders to match. In total, there are 44 food and drink stalls heading to Ashton Court Estate this year, so it might be useful to plan ahead and know in advance what will be on offer.
