The Bake Off: The Professionals final is just around the corner and only three teams remain in the competition. The series, which is hosted by Stacey Solomon and Liam Charles, began with 12 teams, which you can read about here.
Over the course of the series, bakers have competed in a series of challenges to prove which of them is the best. This series has seen bakers from Manchester, Wiltshire, Cumbria, Birmingham, and London, all hoping to follow in the footsteps of Cardiff's Gin & Bake - last year's champions.
In the final of Bake Off: The Professionals, the three teams will pour all of their patisserie passion into creating a window display of beautiful finger tarts and a day at the races banquet, before the competition's winner is announced. But who are the finalists hoping to take the title?
