Advisor to the King for Diplomatic Affairs Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammad Al Khalifa met on Sunday Israeli Ambassador Eitan Na'eh, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
The advisor and the diplomat reviewed the latest regional and international developments, BNA said.
The advisor praised the progress made in Bahraini-Israeli ties, it said.
The ambassador expressed his appreciation to the advisor and stressed his country's keenness to develop relations, and wished Bahrain further progress and prosperity, BNA added.
