Allegedly a social media prankster, the individual managed to join the stage with 'Oppenheimer' director Christopher Nolan, producers Emma Thomas and Charles Roven, and star Cillian Murphy after the best film winner was announced by Michael J. Fox.
In response to this unprecedented intrusion, BAFTA has expressed strong disapproval and emphasized their commitment to taking the matter seriously. A BAFTA spokesperson conveyed their stance on the incident, stating, 'A social media prankster was removed by security last night after joining the winners of the final award on stage — we are taking this very seriously, and don't wish to grant him any publicity by commenting further.'
