West Lothian residents were left in stitches after a group of sheep broke out of their field near a housing estate and went exploring in the dead of night.
One resident of the Heartlands estate in Whitburn spotted the four-legged farm animals having a jolly in the snow - strolling through the deserted streets at 1am on Sunday.
The resident's daughter snapped some photos as the flock travelled home through the wintry weather, with the local posting the hilarious pictures online.
