A baby-faced drug-dealer killed a man after driving at 113mph and crashing into his vehicle while on laughing gas.

Shaun Tinsley was jailed yesterday after crashing into Paul Loller's vehicle "like a missile" on the M62 in the early hours of Saturday April 29. The 28-year-old then careered into the central reservation, before fleeing on foot, leaving the innocent Paul, 61, dying.

Tinsley has 21 previous convictions for 36 offences include "serious criminal activity". In 2014 he was locked up as part of a Merseyside-based drugs gang that trafficked heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis to Cumbria.
