Does B&Q offer free delivery?
When you spend over £75, you will get free standard delivery. If your order is less, then there is a £6.00 charge. Any orders with oversized items have free delivery when you spend over £350. For kitchen orders over £1000, there is a £50 delivery fee. and for bathroom orders over £500, there is a £35 delivery fee.
What is the B&Q club?
The B&Q Club is a loyalty program designed to reward you each time you make a purchase. You can use your card at the time of purchase to earn discount vouchers, which will be sent to you via email for savings on future buys.
How do I join the B&Q Club?
Joining the B&Q Club rewards program is super easy! You can pick up a physical Club card in-store and activate it online, sign up directly through the B&Q app, or register on the diy.com website to receive a digital card via email.
Is there a B&Q student discount?
Sadly, no, there isn't a B&Q student discount. However, you can get £5 off your first order over £30 by signing up to B&Q Club, where you can also get rewards and discounts sent straight to you the more you shop.
What is the B&Q returns policy?
B&Q provides a returns policy of 90 days, requiring items to be returned in their initial condition. For products bought online from B&Q, you can return them in-store or have B&Q organise a collection for you at an additional cost. Please be aware that B&Q cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that have been customised or cut to specific dimensions.

How do we source promo codes and deals?

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page.
