A new store is set to move into one of the vacant units at a Swansea retail park. B&M, which prides itself in selling big brands for bargain prices, will soon be moving into West Swansea Retail Park, which was once known as Pontardulais Road Retail Park.
Banners have been erected around the perimeter of the retail park which read: "Your B&M store is coming soon. We can't wait to meet you!" It also encourages people to visit its website to apply for job vacancies. On its website at present the chain is advertising an opportunity to become deputy store manager there, which you can learn more about and apply for by clicking here.
Its arrival will be a welcome boost for the retail park, which has been run by LaSalle Investment Management since the end of 2011 and has also been immune of the struggles of the retail sector. While the current line-up of stores features Bensons for Beds, One Below, Hobbycraft, Pets at Home, Cancer Research UK, Costa, Mountain Warehouse, Marks & Spencer, and Dunelm units once occupied by Currys and Argos have been left unfilled leaving a chunk of the retail park empty.

From its first store in Blackpool, Lancashire, B&M has grown to have more than 700 stores and employs in excess of 35,000 staff.
