Excited shoppers have shared their delight over a brand new flavour of one of Britain's most beloved biscuits.
B&M has announced the launch of a banana-flavoured Jammy Dodger biscuit range inspired by the forthcoming release of the latest instalment in the Minions film franchise.
The ‘ba-na’na’ biscuit is the latest addition to the range from Jammie Dodgers, released in celebration of Minions: The Rise of Gru, featuring the brand’s shortcake sandwiches that we all know and love, with a banana-flavoured jam splat.

The home bargains retailer has a four-week exclusive of the new biscuit flavour. The Jammie Dodgers are priced at 50p a pack and contain no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners – and are suitable for vegans.
B&M shared the news of the new product on their Instagram page and some shoppers said they "need" to try the all-new flavour.
@devo1981_ and @carawarawoo commented that they "need these" in their lives while @j2e2m said they didn't like "standard Jammy Dodgers but will give these a try".
But not everyone was impressed with the new flavour. @renecapocci said: "That's just odd oh no not for me."
Additionally, @tracy_briody said "no thanks" and @karen-dan1964 even said they thought they were "so wrong".
The Jammy Dodgers range now goes well beyond the traditional strawberry jam filling with apple, cherry, chocolate and cola bottle flavours listed on their parent company website. The sweet treat has been a staple in the family biscuit tin for more than 60 years.
Those curious to try the new Jammy Dodger flavour can head to B&M now - use the store locator to find the nearest branch.
