A father who whacked a man with a golf club after a row over a sleeping baby has been jailed for more than five years.
Martin Jackson was angry at the noise Steven Beggs and his friends were making outside his home in Ayr on June 28, 2019.
Jackson had a days-old child at the time and told the group: "That's enough – give it a by."
