Average asking rent in London reaches new record high of £2,825 as supply falls

Asking rents have hit new record highs, with the average in London reaching a record £2,825 per calendar month, according to a property website.

Annual rental growth is at 3.2% in the capital – a faster pace than the 2.4% growth seen outside London.
