Autumn finally arrives as colder temperatures to sweep UK this week

Autumn is finally set to arrive in the UK this week after a record-breaking summer of extreme heat and dry weather.

Temperatures are expected to drop from the low twenties to the mid-teens from as early as Tuesday as cold air sweeps in from the North West, bringing rain and chilly winds.
