A new fast-food restaurant serving authentic Italian pizza is set to open in Nottingham. Fireaway Pizza is almost ready to open its doors in Mansfield Road offering a menu of real authentic Italian pizza.
The building has been transformed into the brand's signature orange and black colours along with a new sign above the doors. While work is still on-going, some of the other Fireaway locations have had options for sitting in while others offer takeaway.
The takeaway has a full range of pizzas from classic Margaritas to the 'Napoli' which combines mozzarella, anchovies, capers and fresh oregano. There is also a nod to the brand's origins with the 'Amalfi', as one of the founder's grandmother's originally developed the sauce recipe there in 1950.

There are also plenty of sides to choose from including spicy wings, garlic bread, potato wedges and a halloumi salad. Customers with a sweet tooth will be able to order from the selection of dessert pizzas including a chocolatey Nutella banana pizza or the Nutella Strawberry pizza.
When it comes to drinks, thick milkshakes are also on the menu along with Italian soft drink favourites such as San Pellegrino. Vegans and vegetarians will be happy to note that there are plenty of options for both as well as gluten-free bases on offer.
The brand is known for 'fresh artisan' pizza which is cooked in 180 seconds so pizza fans won't have to wait to grab a quick slice on the go. If customers feel like being creative, there is also an option to select the toppings you like and build your own using their bases.
The chain, which first opened in 2016, now has stores all over the UK including one in Mansfield. Dubbed 'the fastest-growing pizza chain.' The brand just opened its 100th store in Walsall earlier this year.
