Co-hosts Australia bid to make it into the final eight of the Women’s World Cup against Denmark this morning.

The Matildas could potentially have star forward Sam Kerr back in action after her calf injury and will be backed on by huge home support.

They were somewhat unlucky to lose to England in the groups and know they must be at their very best to make a statement against Australia, who will feel confident of delighting their supporters by reaching the quarter-finals at least.
