Australian teenagers face stronger restrictions on a popular social media platform but there are concerns about how enforceable the measures are.

Instagram announced it would automatically restrict the accounts of people under the age of 18 in Australia, the US and Britain on Wednesday after it faced calls to make its social media platform safer for children.
