Aussie Shore season three is switching locations
The chaotic reality series is undergoing a pretty major glow-up, with production officially packing up Cairns and heading straight to the Gold Coast and honestly? The cast is thriving.
After filming in what insiders are politely calling “hot and sticky” conditions up north, the move down south is already being treated like a full reset.
“They were over it,” one source told PEDESTRIAN.TV. “You’d get dressed up for a night out and instantly feel sweaty. It just killed the vibe.”
But the biggest twist isn’t the weather… it’s the format.
Behind the scenes, the new setup is apparently leaning way more into Big Brother Australia territory, with the cast living on the Gold Coast. In a location change that will give OG Big Brother fans a nostalgia fist bump.
“It’s giving old school Big Brother vibes,” the insider says — with the producers leaning heavily into the mother of reality TV themes.
The biggest win here? The cast can finally wear outfits without immediately regretting it.
According to someone close to production, the Cairns humidity made preparation a nightmare. You start sweating the second you leave the air conditioning.
Now? The Gold Coast is delivering warm but manageable weather, meaning the cast can actually enjoy the party side of the show without melting.
Charlotte Crosby is back… but Callum Hole might be the real main character now
Charlotte Crosby is returning to reclaim her role as boss (as she should), with filming kicking off in less than a month.
But plot twist, Callum Hole is quietly stepping into a much bigger role this season.
There are whispers that Paramount+ is positioning him as more of a host/leader hybrid… which could mean he’s being groomed as the future face of the show.
Yep. That’s a shift.
“Charlotte still runs things,” the source told P.TV. “But Callum’s definitely stepping up. It feels like the format is evolving around him.”
So… is this a major vibe shift for Aussie Shore?
