Naked Yoga
Naked yoga is nothing new. Known as Nagna yoga or Vivastra yoga, the practice of yoga without clothes dates back to ancient times. So our Classical Hatha Yoga practice will be following a long tradition.
Hatha yoga focuses on the physical aspects of yoga through asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control). Like naturism, yoga is for everyone, no need to worry about experience or flexibility.
