What could the Chelsea attacking line look like after transfer deadline day?
That is the big question that need answering in the final knockings of the summer transfer window. With Wesley Fofana completing the defensive rebuild that was always the top priority for Blues manager Thomas Tuchel, all focus has been switched to the forward line with multiple departures leading to holes needing to be filled.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the striker that is expected to come in before the September 1 deadline. football.london understands that the clubs are working hard on the problems in order to try and find a solution to the fee disparity, personal terms and contract length problems. Who joins Aubameyang through the doors of Stamford Bridge is the key question now?

Both Wilfried Zaha and Neymar are being eyed as two options Todd Boehly is considering making concrete moves for in the knowledge that Hakim Ziyech is likely to join Callum Hudson-Odoi temporarily out on loan amid ongoing negotiations with Ajax.
football.london understands that a move for the Crystal Palace star looks 'unlikely' at this late stage with the player reluctant to ruin his strong relationship with the supporters and chairman Steve Parish.
With this in mind, despite not knowing how viable a move for Neymar is, football.london previews Tuchel's best £113m attack if two attacking deals, in particular, were to go through before the deadline passes by.
With both Aubameyang (£22m) and Neymar (£43m) signed, they would inevitably slot right into the Chelsea front three with Tuchel a well-known admirer of the pair.
Kai Havertz and Mason Mount would drop to the bench to allow them both time to gather their thoughts after both have failed to impress in the early knockings of 2022/23.
On the left, Raheem Sterling (£47.5m), who finally got his first two goals at the weekend against Leicester City, would have that left-wing spot nailed down and would be competing with Christian Pulisic for that position after the USMNT international was denied a loan move by Boehly.
