An emotional Magnus Sheffield (Ineos Grenadiers) dedicated his win on the final day of Paris-Nice to the late Gino Mäder, as he took a special victory on the same day that compatriot Matteo Jorgenson (Visma-Lease a Bike) sealed his second GC win in the Race to the Sun.

The 22-year-old Ineos rider pointed to the sky above Nice as he took an emphatic stage 8 win, paying homage to the Swiss rider who died in 2023.
