Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz will not face each other in the group stage of the ATP Finals, as determined by Thursday's draw. The tournament begins Sunday in Turin.

Sinner, currently ranked number one in the world, is in the Ilie Nastase Group. His opponents will be Daniil Medvedev, Taylor Fritz, and Alex de Minaur.
