With the NFL scouting combine behind us, the next big date on the NFL’s schedule is the start of the new league season and the start of free agency. The Minnesota Vikings are heading into free agency with some big holes on the roster and some premier free agents scheduled to hit the market — namely quarterback Kirk Cousins. Now, there’s a new team favored to land Cousins: the Atlanta Falcons.
According to the latest odds from DraftKings, the Falcons are the betting favorites to come away with the long-time Vikings quarterback, with the latest odds set at -175.

Adding fuel to the ‘Kirk Cousins to Atlanta’ fire, Pro Football Talk came out with a report earlier Monday stating that they were “getting very credible indications that Cousins is seriously considering moving his family to Atlanta.”
Atlanta has been heavily rumored to be a key player in the quarterback market this off-season. Beyond the Cousins rumors, there’s also been speculation about their interest in the Bears’ Justin Fields should they move on from him, along with talk about Baker Mayfield and being a potential partner in a trade-up scenario for either Jayden Daniels or Drake Maye.
Ultimately, it’s going to be another week before the Cousins saga reaches a conclusion, but at least as of right now it’s looking like his tenure in Minneapolis is about to come to an end.
