Eligible US class members affected by two 2024 AT&T data incidents could receive compensation under a $177 million settlement that received final court approval on 2 October 2026.

People who submitted valid claims before the deadline may qualify for up to $5,000 for documented losses linked to the first incident or $2,500 for the second. Estimated standard cash payments range from $6.50 to $40, depending on the applicable settlement tier and final calculations.
