Chief executive Jonathan Murphy said: "We are delighted about our upcoming move to Altrincham.
"It has unparalleled public transport links into Manchester and beyond with a fantastic business community in the town that we want to be a part of.
"Assura has been through a period of sustained growth and the new office in Altrincham will be the start of a fantastic new chapter for the company.
"We have plans to renovate the office to create an inspirational new environment for our staff and the existing tenants in the building.
"As an organisation, we have pledged to meet the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment and this move to a new building represents a key part of that strategy.
"This base will allow us to lead by example. We will trial the latest technologies and new ways of working, creating a space we are proud to bring our customers to: somewhere where we can bring to life all the net zero standards we’re pushing to see across health care premises."
The move comes after Assura revealed it made a pre-tax loss of almost £120m during its latest financial year.
The loss came after it achieved a profit of £156m in the prior 12 months.
