Assam flood toll at 101 at over 1.26 lakh remain affected

Guwahati: The flood situation in Assam remained grim on Monday with the toll increasing by one to reach 101, even as over 1.26 lakh people were still reeling under the deluge, an official bulletin said.

The Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) bulletin said that the lone death since Sunday night was reported from Amguri revenue circle of Sivsasagar district.
