New Delhi, Tejaswin Shankar has already broken new ground twice at the Commonwealth Games, but the Indian decathlete now has his sights set on a bigger prize - an Asian Games gold and, eventually, an Olympic medal.
The 27-year-old became the first Indian to win a Commonwealth Games medal in the men's high jump when he cleared 2.22m for bronze in Birmingham in 2022, overcoming a dramatic selection battle to make the Indian contingent.
