The story of Boise State’s electric running back Ashton Jeanty has been one of dominance and some unreal performances. As the numbers continue to stack up on what has to be considered one of the best seasons of all time, NFL teams are surely taking notice of the back’s incredible talent and historic performance.

The numbers for Jeanty jump off the screen, averaging an absurd 7.7 yards per carry on the season. Jeanty has already surpassed 1,800 scrimmage yards and 24 touchdowns with two more games remaining in the regular season. It wouldn’t be shocking at all to see Jeanty eclipse the 2,500 yards by the end of the year as he continues to be the engine of a dominant Boise State offense that has its eyes set on the playoffs.

Jeanty’s speed, explosiveness, elite balance, vision, and power puts him in the ranks of some of the elite running back prospects we have seen in the last decade in Bijan Robinson and Saquon Barkley. Jeanty is going to be a feature piece in the NFL the moment he steps on the field and he should find himself going within the first 10 picks of the 2025 NFL Draft.
