Ace investors Ashish Kacholia, Mukul Mahavir Agrawal, Dolly Khanna and Madhusudan Kela rejigged their portfolios in the June quarter, trimming stakes in select smallcap stocks as geopolitical tensions weighed on market sentiment. Shareholding data compiled by Trendlyne shows Q1FY27 portfolio changes, though full shareholding disclosures are still underway.
The portfolio rejig comes after a sharp turnaround in market sentiment. Following a volatile Q4FY26, when the Nifty declined 14%, FY27 began on a much stronger note. The Nifty gained nearly 7% during the April-June quarter, while the Nifty Smallcap index surged 24% and the Nifty Midcap index advanced more than 17%.
